Once the project reaches its funding goal, we go to production. When your instrument is ready, you pay the balance, and we ship!
For years, we’d been searching for a better way to bring more custom guitars to life. Every single day, we get flooded with incredible ideas: wild finishes, unique specs, dream models we wish we could build on the spot. The truth? We can’t make them all… at least not the traditional way.
So we’re changing the way it’s done.
Crowdfunding isn’t new, but bringing it to the guitar world like this is. It’s a model built for players, powered by players. When enough of you rally behind a design, we build it. Simple as that. The result? More of the dream guitars you've always wanted — and you save money every step of the way.
How Does This Save Money?
Because we get a clear picture of initial production and setup costs, we can better manage expenses at these early stages. It removes various levels of financial risk in the manufacturing process and therefore the savings can be passed on to you.
Why Do Things This Way?
Pre-Orders help to ensure we have the model/color you want as opposed to our standard short production runs where we often sell out quickly. Or the flip side, where we get stuck with a model/color that nobody wants, which wastes money.
Can We Submit Ideas?
Absolutely! Please drop us a line if you have a suggestion for a new model. If we think it will find enough pre-order customers, we will post it and give you the tools to help promote it within your social media networks.

The deposit will be charged when you complete checkout. When your guitar is almost ready to ship, we will contact you to collect the remainder.
Deposits range from $100-$300USD, depending on the final retail price of the instrument.
The funding goal is determined based on the minimum quantity of deposits required to go forward with product.
Of course! You will receive a full refund if the project goal is not met within the funding period.
Production schedules are 3-4 months from funding completion. When your guitar is almost ready to ship, we will contact you to collect the remainder.
Yes, projects are fully refundable until we commit to production with our manufacturing facilities (typically 7-10 days after funding closes). After that time, the pre-order deposit is non-refundable.
We offer international shipping on any successfully funded model. Shipping within contiguous USA is FREE. Shipping elsewhere varies depending upon your address, and will be charged when making your final payment. International taxes and duties will be collected by your local authorities upon delivery.
