Seth Lakeman

Seth Lakeman is a successful English folk singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who's been playing tenor guitars for years - and who ventured into electric tenors thanks to his Warren Ellis Signature Tenor 2P.

Though more often seen playing a fiddle or acoustic tenor, Seth Lakeman couldn't resist the looks and tone of the Warren Ellis Signature Tenor 2P after trying one when visiting Liverpool, back in 2017.

Lakeman has been a constant in the British folk music scene for almost 25 years, when he first joined his two brothers in the Lakeman Brothers band, back in 1994.

His second solo album, Kitty Jay, was released in 2005 and earned him a nomination for the prestigious Mercury Prize Awards, reaching Silver status in the UK charts. The follow up, Freedom did even better in the charts, reaching gold and becoming one of the top-selling traditional folk albums in the UK, ever.
