Designed in collaboration with multi-instrumentalist and sonic explorer Warren Ellis (Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Dirty Three), the Warren Ellis Duo Special is a no-nonsense, high-impact tenor guitar built for bold expression. With its stripped-down aesthetic and double-pickup configuration, this model is all about raw tone, dynamic feel, and stage-ready performance.

At the heart of the Duo Special are two custom-voiced blade-style pickups that deliver everything from warm, clean textures to biting, overdriven leads. Whether you’re running ambient loops, channeling gritty post-rock, or bending tradition into something entirely new, the Duo Special responds with precision and attitude.

Its short 23" scale and 4-string layout invite alternative tunings (CGDA, GDAE, DGBE, and more), making it a creative playground for both guitarists and non-guitarists alike.
