Holiday Ordering Reminder from Mike Robinson

We don’t say it enough, but thank you for being a customer. We love nothing more than helping people find musical gear they bond with and enjoy playing.

By now you’ve heard the stories – perhaps even directly from us in email and social media responses – about the supply chain challenges and disruptions to many industries, which includes ours. Many of our instruments have left their production facility but are on boats, in containers, in shipyards, waiting on trucks and trains, etc – everywhere except in our warehouses and in your hands.

We’re probably not the first company to mention it this season, but if you’re looking for something special for yourself or someone else we recommend:

  •     Take a look at our in-stock options here. If purchased now, any of these are guaranteed to be at your door well before Christmas. Please note, however, that current inventory levels remain scarce
  •     Keep in mind our financing options, and our 45 day zero risk offer.
  •     We are accepting pre-orders on out of stock items, but we suggest checking here to see the ETA on those items so that you’re not disappointed with the arrival date.
  •     For in stock items, we recommend you allow at least 10 business days from the time you order for the item to arrive as our warehouses need time to setup and ship your purchase and Fedex is busier than usual this year.
