Digital Marketing Manager - WORLDWIDE
Eastwood Guitars is looking for a musically passionate, dynamic, individual for the role of Digital Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting digital and social marketing plans to help grow brand awareness, increase customer happiness and drive revenue growth.
This will include leading the strategy and day-to-day planning, as well as the execution and support of all organic and paid digital campaigns and programs. As a key member of Eastwood, you will work closely with our global team.
We need someone who is up for doing things differently and who wants the freedom to use their initiative and creativity to help grow Eastwood Guitars.
The position can be either full or part-time, depending on skills and availability. Knowledge of guitars is important but not a hard requirement - specific knowledge of Eastwood and our brands and history (Airline, Rivolta, Sidejack etc.) would be a plus too, but the ideal candidate is someone who's worked in a direct to consumer company and can show us your proven results.
This job requires a marketing-minded person with the brains to think strategically, and the skills / chops to get into the trenches and get things done.
You’ll be our leading point person when it comes to:
Creating, Managing, Executing product launches for all new releases and models across our sub-brands. This includes duties and tasks like, but not limited to:
Schedule and execute photography, videos, etc.
Product launch marketing plans including the arrangement of product demos, magazine reviews, social media influencers, and more
Create, manage, and maintain all product descriptions. Set up A/B testing on various products for conversion optimization.
Creation of Electronic Press Kits for all new & existing models, keeping them updated as needed in a central location (Dropbox etc.)
Brand Presence Management
Sounds catchy, but we have a lot of various brands under the Eastwood umbrella including Airline, Sidejack, Warren Ellis, Rivolta, etc. Your job is to ensure all brands receive the appropriate amount of “airtime,” attention, and revitalization needed to stay top of the consumer’s mind and continue growing.
Signature Model Strategy
Work with our product development team and artist liaison to identify potential partners for signature models. You will be required to nurture and maintain existing artist relationships. This may include attending a few concerts (tough gig!)
Ongoing Marketing Strategy
The world is changing rapidly and you’ll be charged with ensuring our plans are set in place months in advance.
You’ll be thinking about Black Friday in March, and starting to build your plan. You’ll be thinking about new models launching in July in January.
You’ll also be staying on top of new tools, techniques, and opportunities for Eastwood to take advantage of. We don’t want to just hear about these initiatives, we want you to execute on them.

New Brand Development
We are often acquiring new brands, or launching them ourselves. For example, last year we launched VALCO our pedal brand. This year we’ll launch half a dozen new pedals. These need the same love & attention as everything listed above. You’ll help us build that.
Whether it's a facebook post, a response to a comment on instagram, a new ad, or a product description, your voice will be Eastwood's voice.
Ideal Candidate Skills/Qualifications
- Previous sales, marketing, and social media experience.
- You need to have shown initiative in driving projects forward yourself and coming up with new ideas
- Be a natural people person/networker - we are a small company that works closely together. We talk often, and we get things done.
- Be confident in bringing ideas to the table.
- Be confident in telling us when we’re doing something wrong.
- Flexibility & speed. We move fast. You need to be able to execute quickly.
- Previous experience in the areas listed above is big. Show us what you’ve done, who you’ve helped, and the results you’ve achieved.
- Ability to drive things through the finish line.
